Hardy is the founder and Managing Director of EHA Group, bringing over a decade of expertise in environmental science, construction safety, and project delivery. With a strong background in SHEQ systems and certifications from SACPCMP and SACNASP, he has led numerous infrastructure and residential developments across mining, education, and private sectors. Hardy combines strategic leadership with hands-on management, ensuring every project upholds quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Sydney is a seasoned construction and real estate professional with more than 20 years of industry experience. With qualifications in architectural draughtsmanship and property valuation, he specializes in project execution, property development, and team supervision. His career includes leading residential and commercial builds financed by major banks, and his practical approach ensures timely, budget-conscious project completion at EHA Group.
